Cancellation policy

You can cancel any booking free of charge up to 1 hour before your scheduled pickup time. We refund the full amount to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations inside the final hour, or a no-show at the pickup point, are charged in full. Your chauffeur is already en route by that point.

Airport pickups. We track your flight. If it is delayed, your pickup moves with it at no extra cost. You have 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from the moment your flight lands.

All other pickups. 15 minutes of complimentary wait time is included.
