Plain-English terms for chauffeur services provided by Elegance Black Car Services LLC.
1. The service
We provide private chauffeur-driven ground transportation in South Florida. Bookings are for a vehicle and chauffeur for the time and route you select.
2. Booking and payment
Your rate is confirmed by Elegance before your ride and includes tolls, taxes and gratuity unless stated otherwise. No payment is taken through the website; payment is arranged directly with you.
3. Changes and cancellations
See our cancellation policy. Additional stops, waiting time beyond what is included, or route changes may be charged at our standard rates.
4. Passengers and luggage
Passenger and luggage limits are set for safety and cannot be exceeded. If a party arrives larger than booked, the chauffeur may decline the journey and the booking is treated as a late cancellation.
5. Conduct
Smoking and illegal substances are not permitted in the vehicle. Damage or excessive soiling may be charged at cost. Our chauffeur may end a journey where behaviour is unsafe.
6. Delays
We plan for traffic and monitor flights, but we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control such as weather, road closures or accidents.
